1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using hiapi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
hiapi provides a unified API that allows users to access AI models from multiple providers, including but not limited to image generation, video generation, music generation, and text generation services.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your API keys. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use.
4. API Usage Policy
You agree to use the API in a reasonable manner. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell API access. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access when abnormal usage patterns are detected. Generated content must comply with applicable laws and must not be used to produce illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
5. Payment and Billing
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Purchased balance is non-refundable but never expires. Prices may be adjusted with prior notice. All payments are processed through Stripe — we do not directly store your payment card information.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of content generated through the API is subject to the terms of each model provider. The hiapi platform's branding, design, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. hiapi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated. Account balances are not refundable after termination. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if you violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
