E-commerce Product Photography: White-Background Texture and Softbox Studio Shooting
Using the image generation capabilities of gemini-nano-banana-2.1, this demonstrates how to organize prompts for "e-commerce-grade output": constrain the product's appearance with a reference image (image_input), then use text prompts to control studio lighting, material reflections, and compositional negative space. The output is a 4:5 still life in the style of a white-background hero image, featuring a stainless steel insulated bottle as the subject—suitable as a starting point for product detail page hero images, ad assets, and multi-round retouching (changing backgrounds, adjusting lighting, adding or removing props). The prompt is deliberately split into five sections—"subject consistency—light positions and softboxes—materials and reflections—composition and negative space—clean output"—so that in subsequent conversational editing each section can be swapped individually without breaking the product's form.

Prompt
A studio product photo of a brushed stainless steel insulated bottle. The bottle stands upright on a seamless light gray background. Three-point lighting: a large softbox at the upper left, subtle fill light from the right, and a thin rim light along the right edge of the bottle to separate it from the background. Keep the reference product's exact shape, cap threading, and logo placement unchanged. Emphasize realistic fine brushed-metal texture, with soft, controlled highlights and no blown-out hot spots; add a faint contact shadow so the object sits firmly on the ground. Vertical 4:5 composition with comfortable negative space above and below, product centered, camera slightly above label eye level looking down. Clean commercial retouching quality, neutral color balance, rich detail, sharp focus on the bottle body, with softly blurred edges.
