Solid color background removal for ID photos: clean edges

A background removal example for ID photo and profile picture assets: input a frontal portrait photo, use 851-labs/background-remover to automatically separate the foreground, and obtain a transparent layer with clean edges, making it easy to later composite onto a solid color or unified background color. This model is based on InSPyReNet and focuses on the single task of image background removal; it does not handle general image editing. Output quality depends on the input image itself and parameter settings such as the threshold. It is suitable for unifying the background color of e-commerce product images and profile picture assets, preprocessing transparent layers before design and layout, and cleaning up backgrounds of assets for batch listing. This work uses a generated portrait reference image bound to image_url to demonstrate the minimal input form of this pipeline.
