The real cost of one pipeline: generate, then edit

The two endpoints are designed as "create, then modify." This skincare bottle is Gen's Playground default and Edit's default input — generate it, hand it to Edit with one line ("Change the bottle to frosted amber glass"), and you have the shortest possible pipeline:

Spending less

• Lock the composition in Gen before touching Edit. Editing costs another $0.0575 on top of the original, so finalize framing first and edit only details.
• Use the default seed. Both endpoints default to seed 5555 — the same prompt or instruction with the same inputs returns consistent results. Every call is billed at $0.0575.
• A new seed is the reroll. Want a different take? Pass a new seed explicitly instead of hammering the same request.
• Start batch sets from one seed. Fix the composition with a base image, then vary the instructions for the full set — every image bills at the same rate.
• Nine ratios, one price. 4:5 e-commerce and 16:9 banners cost the same — pick per platform.
